What to do if something isn't right with your order.
Damaged or faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us on 0809 657 6895 or Romakingsf@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can inspect and resolve it.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Because custom pieces are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind. Specifications are confirmed with you before production.
Resolution
Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the piece as appropriate.
